Jeff wasn't tryin to bust you out I thought you really didn't understand what he was gettin at. I believe I would personally stay away ffrom jackplates I have seen the transom on a fiberglass Skeeter blown out due to the stress of to much jack plate. They have a place, but not on my boat. Just my opinion.
