I have had a poor year, not many hunts and bad hunts when they happen. Under 30 birds for sure. I have still had plenty to eat.
You guys that have kill numbers in the hundreds and even above 1000, what do you do about daily possession limits being 12? As I understand the law, your possession limit is what you have in the freezer or anywhere else. I assume you are eating a lot of duck meat, giving away a lot of duck meat or both.
A club with 20 members that has killed 1000 birds up to this point equates to 50 birds per man, or roughly a bird per day to eat since the beginning of the season.
Just curious, not trying to start anything.

As of today we are at 1326 and counting! You wear out your welcome giving ducks away! We make a list during the year of people that say I sure wish you would bring me some ducks sometime! Believe me they learn how to say that's enough! It's hard to get rid of them sometimes. We try to make everyone take their own home with them but sometimes they think they are suppose to give them to the host! We just act gracious and accept em then go find someone that wants em.

That's what we do at our camp, you can put it in one of the freezers while your there, but then they have to go with you.
