What was that part it wouldn't pull up?
Duckkiller- I called the get sirius number talked with a tech which put me to the warranty dept in which we had a pointless talk. I then sent an e-mail to customer service and got a call back. I spoke with the gentleman and he did all he could to help me out.

Here is something Sirius may or may not have told you..I have the orginal Starmate 1 ..On the newer modesl Sirius cut the wattage output on the FM transmitter in half..
I actually tried to upgrade to a newer Sportster model last November, but the damn thing was full of static..I tried to get that antenna direct adapter but in but those negros at BestBuy up on County Line Road could not figure out how to make it work for my truck (07 Ridgeline)..anyway I called tech support a couple of times and they finally told me about the wattage in the newer models being half it was in my older model.
I wound up taking the new model back and re-installing my old Starmate 1.
