Is there anything that the family needs? Was your brother from Marks? Just trying to figure out other ways to help... Is there anything we can do for you guys while your brother is at the hospital ?

Thanks. Mom & Dad are pretty much living in the ICU waiting room at The Med right now. The Air Evac company is putting them up in a hotel in West Memphis for as long as they need, and have been keeping in touch regularly.

As of now, surgery is still scheduled for tomorrow, and he is still in a bunch of hurt.

Again, thanks for everything.

Just heard from Mom and Dad. He is out of surgery #1. Hopefully, we'll get some details this afternoon about the prognosis.

Oh, and thanks for all your prayers. We really do appreciate them.

Surgery #2 went well. They bolted everything together this morning. He's still in a world of pain, but that is a good thing. It means that the nerves are still working. He'll probably get the headpiece put on Monday, then they'll see how well the pieces take his weight. Until then, he's being a perfect pain in the @$$ patient to the people in ICU.
