Awesome season

Even better than 1999-2000 season. We pumped water in 3 of 5 fields before opening day and had ducks all season until the last 2 weeks, when the rains spread the birds out and our food was low, thanks to too many "sky carp" hanging around. Hunted 18 days and limited 14 days. Killed more mallards than any previous season. Also lots of teal. The last 3 seasons were awful, this helped make up for them.

Had it not been for the 4 limit days in Oklahoma and the 2 band day, it would have been terrible. However, those 5 hunts kinda evened out the score.

Pretty good season for me. Killed more ducks this year than I have in my past 4 seasons. Hunted in Cleveland, MS a few times with my father-in-law and had some good hunts. Looking forward to next year!
