We pushed them, pass shot them, ditch-crawled them, surrounded them and did what was legal and necessary to get to them. Aside from our own leases we sought and got permission to go after them on neighboring land. Anyone think it's cheating - and trust me there are those that do - needs to slog the the miles in my waders we put in this weekend and then the miles back to teh truck carrying heavy straps!

It has been said that Federal and Winchester are our biggest supporters. We shot lots. Figure everyone has an extension and that depending on whether or not you're shooting 3" or 3.5" you can shoot 6-9 rounds, and then finishing off cripples...1/2 a box here, half a box there, pretty soon you're talking lots of shells.

Hey Double R2, about four years ago I shot a Ross' Blue. Found out that they are verrry rare- 1 out of approx. 350,000!! Get it stuffed,I didn't and regret it.

Same geese without the number...No longer saving the tundra a truckload at a time - we've taken it to fleet level :lol:

Monday morning's take. Total 4 day closer to 1200 than to a thousand. I for one was wore slap out, probably won't go back at it again until first weekend March.
