Think about it - is anybody stupid enough to send someone looking for a place to hunt in any direction other than away from where they hunt? We don't need any more idiots over here. The guy made it to college. Maybe he's 'gifted' and able to figure it out himself.

Go, "if I were a duck.....what would I be doing right now?.......and where would I be doing it?" Then if you're REAL serious about duck hunting......ask, "Why would I be doing that here?" Chances are, you're not where a duck would be, doing what they normally do at that time of day, or this time of year.

The rest is leg-work. One step at a time. Happy Hunting!
My mom teaches special ed... just new to a site don't know the unspoken rules and trying to get a conversation started. Happy trolling!

i'm sure your frustration is on the uptick over limited feedback on the info you seek on a public site, but anatidae is the furthest from a troll you'll find on this site...no joke

It was joke. I'm past the information seeking, I stepped on some toes which I never intended to do. I didn't know the unspoken, or spoken rules. But I've made some connections in Starkville and some plans to start scouting "the right way".

If I were a duck ?? I'd be sitting up at the local park drinking Budweiser, eating cheetos and trying to get a solid white duck to blow me

Quote of the year.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)
