Section (h) is understandable and fairly straight forward.
However, section (d) appears to leaves plenty room for interpretation, albeit seemingly ridiculous to say that flying over a property to see if there are ducks there to hunt tomorrow is illegal. Along those lines, it could be illegal to use a tractor to disk and plant (by aid/use of motor vehicle) – where’s the difference in the day before or two months before?
I’d have to politely tell the game warden to tell it to the judge if I got a ticket for flying a plane/drone the day before, not that I have a plane or a drone anyway.
And in case anyone is wondering, “Crows shall not be hunted from aircraft”, but it might be fun to try.
Thats pretty cut and dried as far as i'm concerned as i will not be:
concentrating, driving, rallying, or stirring up of any migratory bird.........
doesnt matter if its the day before or the day of...................
Were good to go.
Deploy the drones!

I know a lot of those drones are fairly loud. I have heard there are some stealthy models but guessing they are on the pricey side.

Speaking of drones...This summer on a bachelor party we decided it would be a good idea to send one off the roof of the Phoenix 10 parking garage next door to the outside bar area of the FloraBama to scout some talent and see what was over there. If you thought those bouncers in there couldn't move, don't be fooled. They apparently frown on that kind of behavior and were running around like a Chinese fire drill.

Don't forget the general rules on drones. For duck scouting, I would figure not being able to get out of line of sight would defeat the purpose.
