Red do you truly believe that less waterfowl are harvested in the US because of the tagging law? I'm not talking bag limits or box turtles. I'm talking about the tagging of waterfowl requirement.

So is it safe to say that tagging wasn't the only issue, as you would have us believe from your earlier posts?

You know good and well tagging wasn't the issue. If you are going to run your mouth about it, make sure you tell everybody the WHOLE story. Tell everybody how you wanted to join us until you got caught. Outlaws make the best wardens, isn't that what you said to me? Yet now you want to run us into the ground while you tell your sad story about getting an 8,000 fine for tagging. That's horse crap and you know it.

As far as the Lacey Act is concerned, if you kill wildlife illegally and move it across state lines, or you make a certain amount of money from killing wildlife illegally, you have just stepped into Lacey Act violations. It has nothing to do with another country.

Ok Wingman I'll put the whole thing up from over the limit with six ducks and a merganser to a client shooting over limit with me on tape telling 2 under covers to kill one mallard each and client kills two. With me bring guide that's my ticket. Last time I checked the Feds wrote that ticket. I have taken state wardens and never was an issue with the tagging The tagging is what made me plead because it has jail time and up to 250 k fine. The other o plead to was shooting from a moving boat. We were shooting cripples Anything else I should put out there Wingy

Dang, I thought I was just asking a question. Seems to have taken on a life of its own and opened old wounds. Sorry.

Boy that makes a lot of sense.

I just saw the part where you said I was running you in the ground. If I said something to you Rob I'm sorry but I looked back and didn't see a word towards you. Me and Redman went back and forth no harm no foul I posted the other after you went ballistic. When I plead my case it was me, Mr Chavez Mr. Mins and my attorney. Not one person from MDWFP

You haven't seen me go ballistic. I can assure you. I can throw a red headed fit like no other, but I try hard to keep my inner Irishman under control.

You chose to bring your deal to this forum. No one else did. As far as the other case in the other thread, what happened there is nobody else's business, no matter if they be a preacher, a guide, or an Internet expert. What happened with your case is nobody else's business either, but you have constantly hinted about it and how you were over criminalized by the over-reaching Feds and their Lacey Act.

The rules are there for everyone to read. If they confuse you, ask questions. If you just decide to ignore the rules and do whatever you want, be prepared to face the penalty.

Not one single officer that I know sets out in the morning to write a tagging ticket. The problem typically occurs when one or two guys come out with multiple fresh limits and claim their buddies that just left killed the other birds. It's always buddies that just left. Every. Single. Time.

So if im on a guided hunt and I have 3 mallards that consist of 2 hens. A pair is cupped up coming in the guide says to shoot the drake and I shoot the hen that gives me 3 hens. The guide gets the ticket instead of me?
