Yeah me either. Searched the AG site's for the opinion but it's not on there yet as far as I can tell.

Correct me if I am reading the AG's opinion wrong.......but it looks to me like the 300 acres will be reverting to the GRANTORS on 12/1/15.

I didn't read it all, but I believe the land was deeded with the caveat that if it could not be a refuge, it would go back to the grantor.

So is the issue over with this ruling of does he just donate the land to other group who will enforce no hunting?

Surely doing so couldn't over ride "public waterway" status?
