There are several "public figures" on the list. People with wife and kids. Sad. Those fools just don't know how to go get a prepaid credit card at the local Dollar General and put a alias in the registration.

The way I understand it, the list that got out, is the credit card database that got hacked. So, unless they paid to register, they are not on the list.
I see several people registered multiple times with the same email. I wonder if they used different credit cards and that's why they show more than once.

And here's the really sad part of all this. There are 2 "confirmed" suicides related to this now.

I got to see a different side of this today. Someone I know was on the list and had used it as a way to catch his ex wife cheating. While I know that isn't the majority of people on it I wnder how many had used it for this reason.

I was once taught the world is made of two types of people, caught and uncaught.

Alot of people are going to say they used this to catch a partner cheating. Odds are truly against them that their wife was on the site. I think i read it was 13 or 14 million men to 3 million women on the site. Excuses will be all over the place. Just glad not many people i know are on the list. It has to be one of the more embarrassing things to come to light in a long time for alot of people. If i was going to use it i'd never trusted the site so i'd used a fake name and address which i noticed some did. like Name Pre Paid Visa. Makes me truly believe in if you do bad, bad things will happen. But it does say that most women didn't pay to be on the site so i guess that why it was so many men to women.

I thought that was exactly what was happened with the ones listed as law firms....ha

I too have seen at least one on here on the list.

I think these accounts are all a bunch of big misunderstandings.

My girlfriend was actually checking the list this morning ....I'm in the clear ... However one of her close family relatives was on the list
Incidentally I did see 2 other names I recognized..

Lawyers are very prevalent on the list. Someone said the reason you don't see doctors is because of nurses...
