For all you foil-heads, get a minute and read Singer's book "Ghost Fleet". It created a big buzz about a year ago in Washington think tanks. At present, the U.S. has had no standard of how to wage a conventional war against a foreign invading force but more specifically creating and organizing a counterinsurgency within our borders. When you consider the population growth of countries like China and India over the next decade it is something interesting to think about.
