I wish I was worn out from hunting too much. This was supposed to be an awesome season. I'd fired myself up all summer waiting on it. Had plans to hunt several places and hunt with some new folks I'd met over the off-season. Then work blew up all those plans. I probably hunted less this season than any before. There were some good hunts -- just too few! Don't misunderstand, I'm very thankful for work. But if the season were open another month, I'd be out there tomorrow.
Oh yeah, love my PD. Stumps are not our friends.
Its over & i'm wore out!

Never assume.

Sorry you had a rough season, Gary. 'Helps me put mine in perspective........how fortunate I am to BE worn-out.
You're young enough to rely on the old stand-by expression, though......."Maybe next season".
It'll warm-up soon. Have your vehicle gassed-up and your guns ready. The gun club awaits us.

On a side note. I too have felt thw wrath of a surface drive handle to the thigh. I didn't go to the doctor but limped a few days. Mine happened when I hit a stump wide open in a shallow channel. I was sitting with my leg under the handle and it slammed into my quad. I never sat like that again running it.
