I think it sucks that it goes back to single elimination tomorrow. Kinda takes the advantage out of being in winners bracket except for the day off.

Agreed. I have no problem with the first round single elimination game, but once it transitions to double elimination it needs to stay that way to finish out the bracket.

I agree. At least the Dawgs get a much needed day off. Do y'all think they'll host a regional regardless of what happens going forward or is there still work to do?

I have no idea personally, but all the talking heads I've heard said they'd be hosting a regional after they beat Mizzou. If you follow that logic, all these extra wins are just adding to the certainty.

Think we are hosting a regional for sure. #10 in RPI and a great record vs Top 50. Read this morning that MSU is now entering into the possible national seed position. Indiana looks to be holding that #8 spot right now, but a little more work and we may bump them. I know committees can do some strange things, but I am sure MSU put in very nice regional and super regional bids to the NCAA. It is time for post-season to return to Dudy Noble!!!

Here's one thing for sure that's going to happen. The NCAA is going to matchup as many sec teams against each other before the CWS to thin us out.
