Maybe offer to accept some property to settle the debt. My father-in-law is lawyer. When his clients can't pay he sometimes settles for guns, equipment, work-in-exchange, nice wine or liquor, anything really. In this economy, something is better than nothing.

I wouldn't settle for anything less than US currency. Hopefully the authorities get this ironed out for you.

I sold him something on here one time.... We agreed to a as price and he sent me like 20 bucks less than what we agreed to. Asked and aske an asked do the extra money but he always said I'll do it next week.... Or didn't have time to go to the bank..... Or having problems at work..... Or some other lame excuse.... Sorry POS IMO....

Good luck you will get your money and hopefully he gets what he deserves....

Ya'll remember this is the same guy that was "IN CHARGE" of our camp...we ran out of gas for the heat in the lodge...we paid him an extra $125 each to get the tank refilled for the last week of the season that year....DAYUM it was cold in there cause the little chithead pocketed the money!
One day he is going to walk down the wrong alley(wood shed) and get what is comming.

He inquired about the 10 gauge I've got for sale. Deal never went through, but glad I told him cash only.

If "e" is who I think he is then I know why BDAM let his blind go to someone else year before last, guess Bobby let him in this year on a cash only basis. I think it would suck to not be trusted anywhere you go? Hope you get your $ man.
