I am gonna say this, if Delta Waterfowl is in support of this Chicken *!@#@* goat rope of a plan, and I see proof I will never give them another penny. I do have a plan though, if we all just quit posting this thread will partially go away. It may take time as it has occured to me that DIck Breathe(day break) is a lil below the intelligence curve and it will take some time for him to get the hint. Just my $.02

It's not Delta Waterfowl that he says he has support from, it's Delta Wildlife. They are two seperate organizations.

That just jumped the "turd-cutter" factor ten fold for that. If I lost a pet b/c this "turd-cutter" wanted to shoot some tame ducks he would have a whole lot more to worry about than a $2,000 fine.

my neighbor said the poll that counts is different than the poll on this thread. so far all the paying customers are 100% in and wanting as many ducks as he is willing to put in their breaks. Only one paying customer of his left to hear from. He thinks he will soon have a waiting list of new customers if all this pans out. New duck holes can be created much easier if you do not have to rely on the ducks to find the holes. As a land owner myself, I know that I can do everything right to make an ideal duck hole and the ducks just will not come. I am not as fortunate as others to be located in a natural fly way. The old timers around my area remember plenty of ducks in this area and are at a loss as to why there are so few ducks in the area these days.

the questions they are asking are the same ones he is asking, as well as me. i am interested in doing this myself. we are in touch with a local game warden and a employee of Delta Wildlife who are in turn in touch with the Feds. Over the next several weeks he hopes, as well as i do to, that we can answer these questions if nobody on this forum officially knows the answer. When we know the answer, I will post it. I know that 4-wheels have been riding by ducks as well as tractors, trucks and everything else without scaring the ducks off, so I doubt that observation is official. These ducks cannot fly yet. They do swim away from people seen at a distance across the break. That may be why u r seeing new members chime in. it's no secret around here and never has been. I just did not feel at liberty to use the fellows name. Who is doing it is not the issue. Will it work and is it legal. The locals,as well as others from far away who knew about this, have been told that every step of the adventure (and that is what it is to us) is being updated and discussed on this sight. Enjoy.
