Their record over the past 10 years is 74-50, with a couple of trips to the SEC championshsip game(one sec championship victory), 6 bowl appearances(would be more if not for probation). This is not a good 10 years for bama ut is hardly a tailspin. Would you like to compare it to MSU's last 10 years, or Ole Miss. I am sure Ole Miss's last 10 years looks a whole lot better than states.

First your wrong - 1997-2006 67-52 record with 5 coaches

Ole Miss 65-53 with 3 coaches

And you don't think Bama is in a down spiral?

1987 to 1996 88-35 record

NCAA sanctions had just a little to do with that, dont you think?

Seems like Ole Miss would have been able to capitalize on Bamas misfortunes...doesnt appear that way...

No excuses. Just the facts. Still unacceptable in my opinion. Bama deserves better and it all starts at the top: Mal Moore. If he was in charge of a billion dollar company, he'd be fired by now.

I am not wrong I looked at the last 10 seasons which is 1996-2005. Since this year is not over. Like I said it is not acceptable but it is not a down spiral. There are basically 2 or 3 years in there that really make it look worse than it was. There is also one year in there where we ha to play a 3rd string QB after the third game that made a big difference that year. But the main point is we suck this year and will suck next year unless we make changes with the offense.

don't blame them for taking their shots when they can.
This was a good win for MSU and it looks as though MSU and Ole Miss are starting to show some potential. I have no bad feelings against any of the Miss schools I pull for them unless they are playing bama I even went to school at MSU just not a big fan have always been a bama fan.

10-4 on that! Sanctions had alot to do with it.
