killed a handful of shovelers friday afternoon then saturday morning got 1 canvasback, 2 shovelers and 2 scaup. And yes the ponds were very frozen, shot a few birds we could not get to because of the ice(no dog)

Anybody at the BDDC this weekend? I took some guys from my lease Friday evening. 5 of us killed 10 scaup, 4 shovelers, and 1 ruddy. There were a lot of scaup there but the shovelers just weren't doing it. I got to see Splash_Em and his dad before the hunt as well. They hunt the ponds across the road.
