It's been a a little time now and still no word from freeze or any leaks of the real reason he was let go.i keep waiting on some escort to jump out with some crazy story of her and Hugh or at least an inside leak of something. Steve Robertson spoke at the Starkville Rotary Club yesterday. I didn't know much about him; had certainly never met him. He seemed like a pretty good guy. Very interesting stuff.

Question was asked why UM didn't redact the phone number to the escort service. His response, and apparently it was the same as Bjork's on Head to Head, was that they just missed it, implying that they could have redacted it had they known about it. Robertson added, however, that it certainly was the responsibility of the UM attorneys to review the material before handing it over to Mars. There were 80+ phone calls and 3 of them were redacted. UM attorneys didn't bother with researching the phone numbers prior to handing them over. Steve said it took him less than 30 minutes, including 5-10 minutes of shock when he found THE phone number.

When Bjork was asked this, he said, "Just missed it."

Well the NCAAs response to Ole Miss seems like the 2nd year bowl ban and major scholarships reductions are in the near future. If they get similar reductions to what USC ole miss may be set back 10 years.

So Lewis was able to pick out the lawyer and his secretary in a photo line-up. He also told the investigators they used three different vehicles to deliver the money and what make and color of the vehicles. Exactly what the lawyer drives, exactly what the secretary drives and exactly what her husband drives. Slam dunk case for the NCAA.

As for the rebel rags allegations. Lewis gave investigators the clothing he got and a rebel rags business card with an employee's cell phone number on back. The NCAA also obtained Barney's cell phone records. There are numerous calls to the rebel rags owner including 19 calls during a big Ole Miss recruiting weekend in Jan of 2016. Why would an assistant coach be on the phone with the rebel rags owner 19 times during a busy recruiting weekend?
