Also the posting is not upsetting anyone, it is the same person using the same IP address trying to pretend as though he/she/it is 3 different users/people. That is a violation of the terms of service and is not put up with on this site. It is not difficult to figure that out using the IP address.

I PM'ed Teul2 about that. He will make the decision.

just the thought of pen released ducks makes my stomach turn.. why?? i relate it to quail hunting now-a-days... quail hunting which use to have such a strong following and was a great form of wingshooting in our state... look at it now... 99% of it is now preserve hunting...

sad to think that this is what some people are doing to hunt ducks..

I did a lil research over the last few nights (was slow at work). South Carolina Waterfowl Association has a project like this. They release about 50-60,000 ducks per year. There ducks have NEVER seen a human. I called and spoke with the staff and then called the man who sells them the ducks about there project. They band there ducks and have recived reports from all over the east coast. They said there's do migrate and will return as evidence by bands from muiltiple years and states.
www.scwa.org is there web site.

Just some food for thought.

Very sad indeed. If this is a REAL deal then its just going to get worse with seasons to come.

You can't band ducklings. They, like every other animal, grow. Their legs have to be full sized before the bands are put on them.
