WOW!!! I do not know how I missed this topic when it first started. Interesting to say the least. I do have to agree with Mark here. Too much crap settled in the court rooms these days. Do not know the whole story either but sounds like the boat paddle settled things right then and there.

Not exactly, but that's one way to look at it. The way I have taken what most people are saying is,
"Don't go into a duck hole calling people MFers unless you want a boat paddle upside your head."
Personally, I think that's good advice and there is a difference between the two messages.
