looks like the way the flash is reflecting off the tree itself.
if you look closely at the above pic, you can see the exact same outline. I think you are looking at something that isn't there.

If I see a non native snake like that I'm not gonna just let it go free. The cold weather in FL put a big dent in the snakes in some areas.
My question do pythons climb trees to hunt?
What county was the pic taken?

Lets just say somewhere between greenville and memphis. I dont want any biologists or exotic snake research group shutting down my hunting.

There is no DEPTH on the "object", nor is there a shawdow line. My vote is just a change in color in the bark of the tree.

ALSO NOTICE THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE MIDDLE RIGHT SIDE TOO THAT WAS NOT THERE IN THE FIRST PIC. ALSO IT GOES FROM 88 TO 296 PICS IN TWO DAYS. IT WOULD INTERESTING TO SEE THEM ALL IN A FAST SLIDE SHOW.

I thought it was just a weird reflection at first, but I played with the contrast and brightness, and you can see the pattern on the snake, and decent outline of the head. Kind of does look like a python or boa pattern on it's back. If it is a boa or python, it will probably be dead after this cold snap this week.

Here's the first picture where I messed with the brightness. There's definately nothing on the tree before. And you can see the stick on the middle right better now too.

This is before the picture, after the picture, and daylight.

What ever it is it aint in that yellow box ...you look at the other pics and you can see the outline of the vines and where they come together and make a sorta box on the tree which is in the middle of the tree.....
