The hogs would tear them to pieces wouldn't they? those bastards eat everything we put out there.

Just dump them out. Take while for deer not familiar with them to start. When they do though they can't stop. Sometimes they have to rot for them to smell and try. Cheap at $80-$100 ton.

Nice, not a bad price... But like I said we are infested with hogs... Seems like they eat anything and everything before the deer get to eat it. Might try the sweet taters know someone

People have forgotten how to actually hunt. They have no clue how to read sign, play the weather or read the terrain. If they can't drive up, pour something out and kill something in an hour, they can't have fun.

I say "forgotten" but I guess a lot of folks out there don't know how to hunt. Part of it is because nobody taught them how. Part of it is because they treat hunting like a drive through burger joint.

Learn how to fire up the grill and slow cook a steak. It's so much more satisfying than a flash-fried soyburger.

I got in my tree yesterday at 5 PM. Had 5 deer under me in an hour. My bait? Water.
