Prayers sent and all the above advice is good. I will add one thing while you are looking at counseling and trying to save the marriage. Watch the finances and if you can separate them do it now. If she is wanting out and makes the final decision that she is getting out, she will clean out anything and everything that is joint before you can bat an eye and leave you destitute. Seen it to many times.

I have been going through the same thing now for about 2-3 months. She started out like this a while ago. I didnt want counseling becuase I felt like it was a weakness for some reason, thats just me. I dont talk enough and get enough out and let it all build up for no reason. Ive never been a person to open up to really anyone for any reason so never really knew how to at all. I broke down and went and saw someone and have been learning new things. Now I see why people go to those type people. She has been going to one as well but we are starting next week possibly to go together.
It takes time. I didnt want to just let her leave without trying something and possibly putting the pieces back together. It has changed the whole out look on being married and how I look at things now as well since I been going to counseling. It took me hitting rock bottom to do this also. I felt like I was getting depressed and wasnt right and everything else. It does suck man, but if you really want it give everything you have into it. But then again it takes 2 and you have to receive the same efforts from her in everything.
We have a 3 year old daughter together as well.

Thanks guys. I talked to my pastor Friday and got some great advice. I went home and fought for my wife. She has agreed to work on things. We are basically starting over and I am going to date my wife again. We are going to take some advice and make prayer the center of our relationship. Thank you again for the prayer and support. Please continue to pray for us.
