Sorry , it's junk compared to a FENIX 260 lumen. matter of fact it is no way this light is 1/3 lumen the FENIX is. FENIX uses much higher voltage batteries than the Chineese imposter is the first clue. IMO the chineese light is just a $9 dollar head lamp. I'll take the FENIX for 60 bucks with warranty and 10 x more power any day.
Whatever helps you sleep at night. but no matter what, you can't deny that for the price, the light is great.

I finally got to demo these lights last night, unbelievable! I haven't seen the china headlight so I'm not goign to comment on it other than the fenix headlight is awesome and very well made.
The one I got to compare last night was the TK41, runs on 6 AA batteries, 6 fdifferent settings from a soft "walk-in" to a q-beam quality beam. Very cool light. Got to see it against the Streamlight and Surefire. Neither was anywhere close to the brightness, features or quality (percieved in handling them all). Plus the Streamlight and Surefire are significantly more. In fact, the Surefire was 399 compared to 140 for the Fenix. I know the Surefire is rechargeable but for $260 difference I cna buy a lot of AA batteries.
I'm definetly buying one of the Fenix, i think its a great light for keeping on the boat and truck.

I vote for the Cree headlight, used mine this weekend. I love the flood light feature for walking in/out. On high beam spot it reaches a long way. My surefire is in my pocket for a backup now. I just thought the surefire was bright, the cree beats it hands down,. 3 AAA's sure beats those high priced CR123. I ordered 5 for 23.25 with shipping,,,,just saying...

If you shop around online you can buy panasonic cr 123 batteries for a little more than a dollar shipped. You have to buy them in bulk.
Panasonic is the manufacturer for many of the brand names.

I was just pointing out the bulk pricing for anyone's benefit who did not know it. Those batteries or terribly expensive at walmart but can be had for significantly cheaper online.
Also, not all flashlights consume those batteries as fast as your sure fire may consume them. I don't have any sure fire lights, so I don't know about them.

It uses two 18650 batteries. They look like AA's, just bigger.

Whats the run time? One thing that drew me to the Fenix was the run time. It was crazy long. But for half the price, the Cree might be the route I want to go.

I don't know the run time. I bought 3 extra sets of rechargeable batteries for $4 a piece. This is the first flashlight I think could do damage by shining in it someone's eyes.

Can you focus the beam at all, or is it just a really bright flood light?
