My bud's got the gas powered model that shoots 3.5, but they discontinued because of low-priced competition with SBE II & Extrema 2 (all 3 manufactured by Beretta owned companies). He's had it a couple years and never had a hiccup.

Don't believe so...I know they only have em in 12 at Bowie's if they do...BUT, with a name like i-12 I am gonna guess that it's a 12 gauge only deal

The model before the I12 came in 20 ga, because my partner's youngest son had one for years until he could handle a 12. I forget the exact model number, though.

I've had my 612VS for 10 years. It is great as long as you keep it cleaned. It's not one of those guns that you wait until the season is over to clean. A little hoppe's and she is good to go.

So you think it's $629 PLUS a mail-in rebate? That's tempting.

I have had mine for about three years. Only one issue but was repair under warranty and I actually replaced the part myself. Other than that one problem it has been a good gun. I sometimes wish it would shoot 3.5's.

Got a 20 gauge Franchi O/U and love it. It's a dove killing machine.
