Did y'all Morgan city boys get a decent rain this afternoon? Our holes have gotten real low that BP pumped and was wondering if it rained the least bit to help them. 8)

we had about 2 hours of slow drizzle in GWood.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

I've seen quite a few "BP Ponds" lately that aren't meeting the minimum standards. :wink: I think most folks are realizing that $60/acre ain't gonna go near as far this year as it would've last year.

What is this "rain" that you speak of? Please describe because we don't have such around these parts! Maybe it's an occurrence that only happens in albania. :shock:

Man, they got a flood. Between 2 and 3 hundredths of an inch like the rest of us.

The wet spot was from Anguilla south. They got from a quarter inch at Anguilla to nearly 9 tenths around Eagle Lake.

So I guess this means the burn ban is off? :lol:

We got a .10 of an inch or so in the Money area Tuesday afternoon. Farmers were disking fields this morning and still kicking up dust. With afternoon temps in the 80's, what little water is left is slowly evaporating.
