I agree.. A TC Encore shooting a 375 H&H mag is not primative, unless your hunting Elephant in Africa..

Bad stuff.

did you read the link on page 3 of that forum thread (pasted below)? pretty convincing arguement against this happening without trying really hard to, or just making a huge mistake of double loading it by accident. i'm no expert nor a muzzeloader/handloader, so i haven't a clue about any of it, but this guy makes a pretty strong arguement. either way, that hand looks it was run through a tenderizer and then some!

If these fools in MS keep deciding on how our seasons are setup, it will end up being a wide open season oct 1 - Jan 31.

Seems to me that is the way it is heading. Take a few weeks off bow season to kill more does, add every firearm short of a civil war era gattling gun to the primitive weapon list. I think just make it all gun season based on the changes they have made. I really think it's a shame how most people will never know the joy of shooting a deer with open sights and a TRUE smokepole. Not to mention pretty soon bow season may very well be a farce also.

As much as i hate it, in 3yrs there wont be a true bowseason any more, it will be hunt with anything you want from oct1 till jan 31,. I'll still bowhunt tho, just that bucks will all be noctural by 2nd week of oct. This state just cant leave well enough alone
