any new word yet? i hate to call cuz im sure they are getting bombarded right now....that is crazy!!! i just spent the whole weekend with that dog and he didnt show any signs of being sick. he ran 4 great test and got 2 finished passes. dangit boy!!!

Special K made it thru the night. Hes a little stronger, he did throw up some dark dark blood. dark blood is old blood, as comapred to bright red blood that is still bleeding. So its possible the dark is a good sign. Tony had been laying the floor petting on him when i called a while ago. Nothing is ever cast in stone, espeically with a diagnois without a sure cause, but in my mind a dog's consitution is such that making thru that first night and first day of ivs and antibotics, is beating something and just waiting to see how much longer it takes. So I personally (not that i got a vets degree) think its very postive he is still weak and some vomit, not worst or of course, not here. Hes still very medicated to keep him cool and not hurting, so its hard to gauge his attitude, but he did wake up and wag his tail for tprice this am. Tony is glad to think all of his friends are praying and rooting for koda. thanks ya'll. travis

dangit boy, he was a fine looking dog this weekend. I sure hope he will be okay. That dogs good some promise.

Thanks all for your prayers and kind words. Travis has pretty much summed up cota's status. I dreaded waking up this morning and on a phone call . I didn't get the call from blackburn, so needless to say that was good news. He's still weak and still and anyone who knows him knows still is not natural for him. Lol doc said he got him to take a sip of water last night, and would offer him a little more later today. I have faith in blackburn that he will do all he can for cota. A special thanks to travis for being so concerned for the dog he calls special K . He went by to see him last night, and is going by again today. Thanks buddy. Hopefully he will get well soon and up and running setups.
