I suspect some type of threeway! I see gadwall mallard and pintail all in the same bird. Or it could be that when you get gadwal and mallard genes together u get some pintail charecteristics. We need a genome.

The green speculum is the combination of blue in the mallard and white in the gadwall. The "short sprig" is just the curls flattened out.
