very funny.
FWIW, 160, 180, 200, doesn't really matter. It was found dead and the guy dang sure ain't claiming he killed it. Might as well be arguing over roadkill

I'm anxious to see what you come up with Tombstone, the boys that gave me the 201 number mighta been pretty deep into the brown bottles at the time.

Not gonna argue much bout score, but he aint 201. And I hear that stuff all the time bout poachin anytime someone finds one near a road. Pure speculation. He could have been gut shot a mile away and just died there.

I happen to know the guy that scored him and he said he was for sure 201. What you cant tell by the pics it that your comparing it to 27.5 inch beams!!!! This deer is alot bigger than you pic scorrers think.

Somebody is an honest person...Nobody would have ever known he was found in a field...I would have killed the damn thing with my bare hands with my pants at my ankles because he walked up when I was shatting and really the thing somehow had a roll of tp on an antler and really all I wanted was a little charmin but he acted up so I had to kill him...That would be the story before I just walked up on him!!

I just got the entire set of pictures of this deer emailed to me. I will say this, I WAS WRONG. This deer def scores close to the 200" mark. He's a man.
The picture posted above does not do him justice.

the guy who is mounting it called me yesterday. He was talking about how huge it was. he had a guy form around tupelo who was in the process of becoming a certified b&c scorer put a tape on it yesterday. grossed in upper 190's. I have said all along I don't see it from the pics, (i was wrong about DIB's deer too

) but three people have scored it and all were very close. They say it might well net out at state typical record. They are going to get some more folks to check it out.

That is a great buck. I can assure you, he has never seen the 200 inches, but none the less, he is a great buck. It's a shame no one found him if he was lost or that some POS poached him.

that is a nice deer. That deer will go in the 180's all day long. it has been alot of deer shot from the road this year not only in the hills but also in the delta. The farms we lease from have had some trouble this year they took care of it before it got to bad.
