Its a common problem with the Beretta. Its the gun and not the barrell. Try #65 shim and see it that helps. not to reinvent the wheel but here's a previous discussion on this topic.

I put the #65 shim in last night. I'll pattern it again this weekend and let you know how it goes.

Well I didn't get to pattern it, but it did shoot better (it seemed). 3 of us had a good hunt yesterday we got 14.
