Sounds like a buch of hi tech rednecks to me. I held out for years and when I finally got my BB I was amazed at how long I was not connected. It makes life much more productive, (if I had only erased those text messages from my girlfirend).

I am thinking about ditching the BlackBerry after 2 years of great service and going to the Hero. What are the pros and cons of the Hero as far as you guys are concerned?

Yes the battery can come out... too many pros to list. The cons are: battery life is not to great, takes a few days to figure everything out (but that with every new phone) sometimes the phone will start to lag and you have to restart it kind of like a computer... the pros outweigh the cons for sure though.

Battery is removeable...will last all day depends on how much time you are on it of course and internet time.....still learning to move around on it .....think it is a great phone...have been able to talk in areas that i have NEVER had service with cellsouth or att phones ... this is my first smart phone but have been through many razor and nokia's and still have no service in a certain stretch of rd till i got this phone....so all in all it great right now
