For those interested. I'm going to start a petition drive to ban all surface drive motors without mufflers on all state WMA's and present it to the MS Dept of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks at the annual public meeting in Jackson. If you are interested in signing this petition please PM me with your name address and phone number. Hopefully us ethical hunters can get this non-sense squashed before it becomes a bigger problem after this season.

I have no problem with folks running Pro Drives or any other surface drive motors as long as they are not modified to intentially make them louder than they would be with a stock muffler.

Mark - I think it's mostly immaturity with a sprinkle of stupiity topped with pure disrespect & I'll sign the petion in a heartbeat. PM sent.

I've noticed a bunch of newbies on this very site lately with one, some or all of the characteristics listed above so would guess that some of the very ones pulling this crap are also reading your post and frankly I hope they are!

I once thought glass packs on my truck sounded cool too, but looking back.....well looking back, that wasn't the only stupid thing i did

There is already a law in place that requires an effective

Maybe so but I intend to go to Jackson with at least 300 signatures of WMA hunters that strictly oppose this kind of non-sense.

That's a nice gesture , but I prolly wouldn't be able to concentrate on da goat for all the noise from that damn motor
