Yep. And we are fixing to get a pay cut if they get this retirement increased to 9% of our pay.

i don't see how it won't go through....too much hoopla about it. i'm looking at it as a pay cut as well....and the pay isn't comparable to the free market to begin with (i definitely didn't take the job for the pay).
Experience is a freakin' awesome teacher...
