Had a road block at the light by the old burger king and Hampton Inn in Vegas one night. I saw three fellows bail out of a single cab running. Turns out neither admited to driving and and all got public drunk tickets. Also witnessed another fellow jump in the extended cab and act passed out at a road block. Once they "woke" him up it was one of those where the hell am I and who the hell are you. Best I can recall he didn't get anything. It seems that if it was your vehicle you would assume that you were driving.

A partner I worked with once wrote 3, yeah 3, DUI's on one stop from one vehicle. Turns out the vehicle passed him and he noticed 2 people (one working the gas & one working the brake & both steering) sitting in the driver's seat so he turns around and stops them... and as they pull over the two in the driver's seat exchange seats with the front passenger.... ha... genius..except he was drunk too... along with his co-drivers....gave all 3 of them DUI's... with 3 convictions. ....... The general public never ceases to amaze me.
