Great idea thats been around for years...glad to see a state taking it seriously. That stimulous plan just figured out a lot of ways to spend money where there are no possible benefits, such as tattoo removal in CA. At least spending the money here would be an investment in the future. Another question is how bad do ya'll think crime would be if this law passed nation wide?
