Browning Gold 12 ga - she has 2 of 'em.....the last one she bought (used) this season when she found-out they'd been discontinued. Before that she shot a Benelli M1....before that she shot a Browning M2000 20 ga 3".......before that she used her Dad's Model 12 26" Cylinder bore and a 20ga 870LW she bought just before we got married. I got her a pair of Converse chest waders for a wedding gift and we freelanced for ducks in Cameron Parish for our honeymoon. Oh yeah....this was about guns, wasn't it?

BTW....she's 5'-5".........here she is hoisting a nice 14-pounder.......the smile says it all........

I think she was using the Benelli back then (2004)......'been hunting partners since '78 (30 years).

1100 20ga.

I started her on an 870 12 ga. but it was knocking her pretty bad. She's tiny.

The 3" 20 ga. is about right for her.

Agreed. Mine goes dove hunting once a year, sits in the camp chair with her feet propped up on the cooler. This is about all the shared hunting experience that either of us can handle.
