Call it two in one shot. I did it a couple years ago. A buddy did it last week on two greenheads. Me and Torch went to shoot but they were both already DRT from one shot.

The reason why I ask this is, I killed two birds with one shot last week( what I consider a double) and it was witnessed by two other people. I called it my first double....... but one of my buddies said that shooting two birds with two seperate shots out of the same flock is a double and proceded to call what I did a "wyoming whopper" or something like that :).. So we agreed to disagree, then I decided to settle it once and for all......I would take the disagreement to the Ducksouth Polls.

I agree with your bud, Rock Bottom. A double is when you drop 2 with 2 shots. Triple is when you drop 3 with 3 shots. Quad is when you drop your stuff and run cause I got the binocs on you and am already calling it in on the radio.

A double is 2 birds in the same flight with 2 shots.

Killing 2 birds with one shot is just that.

A Scotch double is 3oz of whiskey over ice.

2 in 1.
I've got 4 witnesses to my "best/lucky" shooting. I was calling a group of Gads in and they all came in from my side.
1st shot---2 fall
2nd shot---2 fall
3rd shot---1 falls
Going to the plug and killing 5 ducks with your friends watching and no other shots fired, PRICELESS!

I call 2 in one shot a Scotch Double or true double.
2 shots, one bird each shot is a double.
