Make sure you have all your documentation in order before you file a lien. Slander of Title is an actionable offense, you could end up getting sued because of your lien and actually have to pay them!!!

it's a circuit court matter if you want more than 3500.

Just getting the judgment in Justice Court isn't enough. You have to then enroll the judgment in with the circuit clerk of the county where the entity you got judgment against has property. It then becomes a cloud on the title of any Real Estate they have.

Doesn't matter what court..............He is filing a lien, not a lawsuit. Courthouse and ask..........that simple.
