We need a system overhaul!!!!!!!!!

There should be special laws on the books for people like this. They should be turned loose in the community with no repercussions to the people who "punish" them. $#!+ like this would stop happening. That is for sure!!!

We used to have a society that took care of people like this.

The K K K did they were not only responible for all the bad race things that they were most know for. They also rook care of these types of people in our society!!!!!!!!!!

I heard about this last night and I really didn't know what to say. After loosing a child and feeling so helpless to watch them go. I don't understand how someone can let them suffer knowing that the child was probably begging for food or water. How do you not help a child that is suffering..

Aren't there 3 other children in the house still there? DHS should remove them immediately! Then take the rest of the family - the ones who let this kid starve - and put them in the same prison as this kids father, in the general population. Then feed them the exact same diet (portions and all) that they gave this child.

Then, IF they survived the "mandated diet" and the results of their interaction with the general population and the childs father; THEN, and only then, should they be treated like any other prisoner.



As bad as some families want children, for this to happen to an innocent child is completely unforgivable.

God bless that little boy....with tears in my eyes...that's all I can say....God will take care of the rest....

it is the non God fearing, no morals, Obama will save me, world we live in. They should take these people outside and stone them.

When these sorry ass people hurt and kill these kids they should be punished by having the same thing done to them. If they dont die turn them out in general prison population with pictures of their victims permanently attached to the and let the system inside take care of the rest. This is horrible. I have two kds of my own i cant imagine how someone could do this to any child!!!

There shouldnt be a trail just a quick and harsh death penalty. They can even use my rifle.

Guys, I wish I could say that something like this surprises me but it don't. I truly believe that the average person walking down the street has no idea the number of just plain evil sominabriches there are in this world. The worst ones prey on the weakest and that's usually a child or someone elderly or a woman. These people can't be fixed and they offer nothing to the common good. The only answer is a sharp needle and willing society.

It's a sad bizarre case. The mother lost custody due to drug convictions and her kids were given to the Aunts. The Aunts starved the little boy with the insurance policy stapled above his bed to the wall.

Really beyond belief.
