Muck Boots. If you're still hunting, get some boot blankets. I got the Artic Shield. Didn't think something so thin could keep your feet so warm. First time I used them it was 12 degrees. Put on a thick pair of socks, muck boots, and when I got to my stand put one the boot blankets. Waited all morning for my feet to get cold but never did. Wish I would have gotten some years ago.

I have a pair and they are pretty warm. I only wear wool socks though. They are very comfortable and have held up well for me. I normally just use them when them temps are above 30. Anything colder than that I go with an insulated boot.

Alphas bottoms are made like a hiking shoe. I have a pair that I wear for rabbit hunting and they are the best thing since sliced bread. Mine are UNinsulated. If you are going to use them to deer hunt, I would suggest getting the insulated. No matter how many pairs of socks you put on, if you are sitting still, you will freeze your feet off with uninsulated rubber boots on. Probably won't be a lot better with the insulated ones. Just my experience. Rubber boots are not meant for below freezing temps, insulated or not. If you are going to do a lot of still hunting, I would suggest a 1000-1200 gram regular pull on or lace up hunting boot. Just my $0.02
