Pretty cool article as I listen to dad play his guitar in the next room. I used to love for dad to play his guitar for us when we were kids, now that i'm older I just have more respect for it and him and really enjoy it!

Cool article though and some beautiful guns!

wife and I just started getting garden & guns a few months ago. i saw the piece on Leavell,and I had read about his place a few years ago. Sounds like they have really stuck to making it a first class place.And I agree,when he was with ABB,and Jessica came out when I was a kid,well, I have ben a big fan ever since.

I have had a Garden & Gun subscription since soon after its initial publication. It's a great magazine. The 100 foods article in the same edition as the Chuck Leavel article is pretty good as well. John Edge gives a nod to a number of Mississippi restaurants.
