Crow, congrats hope you have a great 30th year, maybe it will even be so good you will decide you want 31-course if it is that much fun might be a great one to end it on. I am about 10 years away from that point and look forward to the students coming back Monday (rather have them than all the in-service fun). Glad you have the great memories and seemed to enjoy it. Guess I am probably in teaching now because of those teachers/coaches that had such an influence on me. Thanks for what you have done for our profession.

The young people in your area should be thankful for having an educator like you. You have made a difference in so many lives. Good luck on this school year and in all things. Jack
PS. When are you going to come down here and chase some red fish?

My first day of teaching in the Georgia system starts August 18th of this year. Two sections of Intro to IT and one section of Network Infrastructure. Go eagles!

Congrats, Crow. Do you know what retirement holds for you? MS? GA? Eagle Lake? Floweree? Anderson Minnow Ponds?

SB, for the next year or so, we will probably live here out on Lake Sinclair. We kinda want to see where the kids will settle (my last just graduated UGA last spring and is working in Athens, other here in ATL) then make a permanent retirement move. Family dynamics are changing back home for both our families, so i don't know how things will shake out out on Floweree and at the minnow farms. I may be looking for other places to hunt...hope not, though. I hope to get back for a dove hunt or two soon.
How bout you, is your bride beginning to hear the pitter-patter of little feet in her dreams?
Can't remember who asked, but I taught English for 14 years, was an asst. principal for 4, a principal for 5, and an assoc. supt. here in Gwinnett Co. for the rest.

Crow, Good luck on this last year and I hope it is one of the best you have. When you retire, can you stay retired? (Remember my brother)
My daughter started her first year of teaching. Kindergarten takes on a whole new meaning to her.
Thanks for all you've done for the kids...
