The county extension agent called me yesterday afternoon and asked how long it had been there, if it was granular, and are you sure its not fertilizer? Then he says, He needs to give "them" a call, they may want to come pick it up. It was around six so I didn't ask him who them or they is so now I am wondering who the hell is going to show up at my house...

More than likely will be a small crew of 9 guys that show up at your house. They'll be arriving in a blacked out unmarked Hummer and two blacked out F350s with camper shells. 6 of the crew members will be disposal technicians dressed in white radiation suites; whose only response to your questions will be, "The threat is being neutralized." The other 3 crew members are the supervisors, easily recognized due to their secret service appearance, black suites and sunglasses. The supervisors do not speak, and will not acknowledge your existence. If you attempt to approach them, you will be removed from the premises by the disposal technicians immediately. After the team has "neutralized the threat" you will be instructed that you never saw a thing.

That sounds like some of the old good shiatt we used to use on ditchbanks! It would sterelize the ground for about a year or so and wouldn't nothing grow! Wish I could still get my hands on some of it!
