pigeon forge bear jamboree

We liked both of those and the Dixie stampede. If you like put put and go carts your in heaven (and I do). Didn't care to much for Ripleys. Cades cove is a must, they have a nice picnic area too. We went and ate at another place in PF that was had good country cookin that was real popular and it was excellent. I aint sure but it may have been called the old gin. We did dollywood and I enjoyed it. My daughter was 2 at the time and she loved all the music there.

tons of grat music and music shops, Bass Pro Shops has a HUGE store near the intersection of 40 and 66. Also the minor league baseball stadium is across the street.

How old are the kids? There are LOTS of flowers in bloom at the higher elevations. There is also some pretty good trout fishing around there.

on the Townsend side of the mountain, you can rent tubes and float down the Little River. Or spend a few hours swimming and jumping off the cliff at the 'Y'. (pm for more information)

regishay mentioned the Smoky Mtn Brewery, if you enjoy a nicely crafted microbrew....by all means check this place out. There are several restaraunts in the Knoxville/PF/GTLNBRG are that carry these beers. The Blackbear is outstanding, the Pale Ale is pretty good, and be sure to try the seasonal. I take a couple of jugs of this beer home to the family and a few select friends whenever I make the trip back to MS. This place is as family friendly as a brew bar geets.

Peewee - that place is can the Old Mill http://www.old-mill.com/

for food also try the apple barn http://www.applebarncidermill.com/

for girls dancing on the bar with thier clothes on try Hogs and Honeys in Gatlinburg

The ladies in the family always like shopping at the Tanger Outlet in Pigeon Forge.

Holler for more information on some hikes and inside the park travel.

I went there for my honeymoon in early april. I had fun. The best thing we did was go white water rafting. A lot of fun. Make sure you got plenty of money though because it aint nothing cheap in that area.
