They must have been out for months I did the call in reg and got my card printed on a lifetime sportsmans lic. Does that mean I can boat and hunt for free for the rest of my lifetime? :mrgreen:

It now appears I am getting results. I am in phone contact and email communication with the right person, and she has been very nice and helpful in getting this mess straightened out for me.

All it took was one mention of Rob, and the wheels were rolling. Such appears to be the secret decoder mechanism with the MDWF&P. :wink:
