i got an eagle claw for about 40 bucks some where years ago, ive reeled in some HOG fish with that sucker!

Ill 3rd the TFO rods. I have 5 TFO rods from 2wt up to 12wt and have used them for everything from bream to tarpon. They are without a doubt the best rod on the market for the money. I have sent 3 back for repairs and every time has been super easy. They are one of the few companies that really mean unconditional. It doesnt matter if you close the rod in the tailgate, put it in the ceiling fan or it falls apart while you are fishing, they will give you another one.
