Man I am jealous!! We have been absolutley murdering the cans the past month, killing well over 100 of them and we have yet to see a banded one! That is awesome, what a prize with a duck that old and a band that worn. I have seen snow goose bands that look like that, but never duck bands, that is really really neat.

We had the first banded one i have seen in 3 years killed on our place about 2 weeks ago

It was the first time in a long time I have seen a .... fortyish year old man almost do a cartwheel.
He jumped, skipped, and danced three complete circles around me when he realized it had a band. 1994, huh? That is not surprising looking at the band. If he would have had a few more years, he might have worn that thing all the way off. What a prize!! Might be the best bird bagged this season, behind the Japanese duck, of course.
