I am not in the field, just curious after some discussions with some friends, what type of bonus can a project manager earn at one of these big firms or companies? I heard some huge numbers that I don't quite believe.

Crane is not a drywall contractor. They got their start in plaster work. F. L. Crane is the largest specialty contractor in the SouthEast United States. They have 9 different offices in several states.
Yates is the best contractor in the state, but there have been alot of companies get rich off the storms on the coast.
Crane does a lot of sub work for Yates, but they do have their general contractor license now.

We used F.L. Crane for all our dry an acoustical and them boys can do it.
I have two buddies that are PM's for Yates and these said bonuses can vary. I have heard some to the tune of $50k there are numerous variables and whos booty you want to kiss.

Theres a lot of quality GC's out there, my opinion Brasfield and Gorrie, which is probably considered top GC outof Bham, which is home to 8 or 9 ENR 400 firms. My vote would go to Harbert International.

Whatever you got the money for them to do I believe. They are heading up the cluster "@#$%#" on 49 I believe. I am not sure if they pave are not, but I know they prep up to it.
Thinking they are along the lines of hemphill.
